Private Lessons: Mia Malkova's one-on-one yoga

Where Private Lessons begins

Yoga teacher Mia Malkova spots a new client struggling at the back of the group class, someone who needs more attention than she can give him there.

So she moves him to one-to-one sessions, very hands-on, where flexibility is not the only thing on trial.

Opening: the group class

The first episode is the crowded class and Mia's decision to take this client on personally.

Behind the lock: one-on-one

The locked episodes are the private sessions, each a little less about yoga.
