Is Candy AI legit? Billing, privacy and the scams around it

Who runs Candy AI

Candy AI is a product of EverAI Limited, a company registered in Malta. Candy Shorts is one section of the platform, next to AI companions, image and video generation.

How charges appear

Payments show on bank and card statements as EverAI, not as Candy AI or Candy Shorts. That is normal and is the most common reason people think they have been charged by someone else.

Premium is a subscription (monthly, quarterly or yearly) that includes 100 tokens a month. Token packs are one-off purchases. Candy AI asks for confirmation before spending tokens on an episode.

Cancelling

Premium can be cancelled at any time from the settings of your Candy AI account. Cancelling stops future renewals; check the plan page for how the current period is handled.

Privacy basics

• Use an email address you are comfortable associating with an adult service.
• Remember the billing name, EverAI, if someone else sees your statements.
• Sign out on shared devices; one account works across all of them.
• Never enter card details on any page except Candy AI's own checkout.

Scams that borrow the name

The risky part is outside Candy AI: sites offering 'leaked' or 'full' Candy Shorts, fake apps, and pages that ask for card details as an age check. Our leaks guide lists the patterns.

How tokens are spent

1. You choose a locked episode. The player shows its price in tokens: 12, 30 or 50 depending on the series.
2. You confirm. Tokens are deducted from your balance for that episode.
3. Your balance updates. When it runs out, you can wait for the next monthly allowance or buy a pack.

Adults only

Candy AI is for users aged 18 and over, and so is this site. All Candy Shorts characters are written as adults and generated by AI. If you share a device, sign out after use; the billing name EverAI is discreet but visible on statements.

Premium or token packs: which is easier to control

Premium renews automatically until you cancel it, and brings 100 tokens each period. Token packs are one-off purchases with no renewal. If you want to finish one specific series and stop, a pack or a single month you cancel straight away keeps spending predictable. If you follow several series, Premium's monthly tokens work out cheaper on the longer plans.

Either way, the token price of each episode is shown before you unlock it, so the totals on our series pages are what you will actually spend.

Recognising the real checkout

• You reached it from candy.ai, not from a pop-up or a message.
• The company named at payment is EverAI.
• The plan and the price match what the Candy AI plan page shows.
• Nothing asks for card details to 'unlock' a video outside that checkout.

Anything that fails one of these checks is not Candy AI. Close it and go to candy.ai directly.

Before your first purchase

Watch the free episodes of two or three series first, so you know which ones are worth tokens. Then check each series' total on its page here, decide on Premium or a pack, and pay only on candy.ai. That order keeps the first bill small and avoids paying for a series you would have dropped after episode 2.
